Mathematics and Accounting
Maths: When you apply the principles, x’ and y’s make sense. The formulas are true.
Accounting: The double entry system works. The accounting equation A=L+OE will get your balance sheet to balance.
When marking my final exams, no one ever questioned the formula. No one gave Pythagoras an F. No I was the one who had more red ink than paper surface on my exam papers.
Don’t judge the creator of the formula by the student.
Ask you not to judge the principles of Christ by His students but rather by his teachings.

We have a built in desire to know of God. God knows this.
Seeing is believing. God knows this.
Sent Christ to reveal himself to us, to take us out of our quest to be enough. Without Him we can not be.

ONE FORMULAE: FORGIVENESS
Forgives Sinners
We think that we are not good enough. We don’t have enough. Will never be enough. God has with held his love from us. He plays us like chess pieces.
Jesus came to show us that was not true. He came to let us know that God most assuredly exists and that He loves us despite our feelings of inadequacy.
Loving us despite us not really wanting to even know him – term Jesus used for that was forgiveness.

Matthew 6:14-15
For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins your Father will not forgive your sins.
If we could just start to be the forgiveness and acceptance that God is. We would get that we are forgiven and accepted.

Luke 23:32-34
Two other men, both criminals, were also led out with [Jesus] to be
executed. 33 When they came to the place called the Skull, they crucified
him there, along with the criminals — one on his right, the other on his left.
34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them , for they do not know what they are
doing.”
Jesus was basically saying accept and you will begin to understand divine acceptance. Forgive and you will understand an incredible divine key to life: FORGIVENESS.
Divine Formula: You know its true. Forgiveness unlocks life in you. Does not exonerate the deed or the doer.

You have been forgiven. While you are there questioning God, asking Him if he even cares, He is saying that you are loved and accepted by Him.
It is not Him that makes you feel so angry inside. It is a world gone wrong. It is a world so in need of people that can forgive. A world so in need of the teachings of Jesus. A world so in need of you to just start trying.
He will make you enough. He will fill the gap, He will get the check. He looks at you today as says hey this ones on me!
