Form of godliness?
Deny the power thereof
II Cor 11:13-15 “for such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming
themselves as the apostles of Christ- AND no marvel:
for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
V15 “Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed
as the ministers of righteousness: whose end shall be according
to their works.”
Form of godliness? The Cross is the power to transform and change us
- The path of apostasy (reprobate mind)
Total departure from God
Rom 1:18-24 (NKJ)
- Knew God
- Glorified him not as God- To honor/render glorious, to give glory, to magnify
(to make bigger)
- Unthankful
Vs 24 ……. “gave them up to uncleanness”
Vs26 ……. “gave them up to vile passions”
Vs28 ……. “gave them over to a reprobate mind”
- Thanksgiving is the voice of faith
Unthankful the voice of unbelief
- Thanksgiving is the spirit of faith
Unthankful the spirit of fear
- Our prayers are to be with thanksgiving
Phil 4:4-6 (NKJ) “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be
known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in
everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving,
let your requests be made known to God.”

- Our country (The two parties are not the same!)
God is revealing corruption

WOKE and VIRTUE signaling?

and slain the Lord…(not PC)
V36….God hath made that same Jesus, whom you have crucified, both Lord and Christ
V40….save yourselves from this untoward (crooked/wayward and perverse culture)
