“Repeatable Disciplines” 

1. Clarity 

• It all starts with the “why”. 

• Victory Life Church:  

• “We Exist to see people transformed by Jesus.” 

• Defining & refining our “purpose”. 

• What is our “goal”? 

• 1 John 3:8 (NKJV) 

• What are the expectations & boundaries? 

1. Simplicity 

• Once you clarify, immediately remove anything that does not fit within your purpose. 

• 2 Corinthians 11:3 (NKJV) 

• Make & keep it simple. (KISS principle) 

• Acts 15:19 (NLT) 

• Complexity is the enemy of excellence. 

1. Evaluate 

• Only as good as clarification. 

• You can’t evaluate what you can’t measure. 

 

• Questions 

• Are we meeting our goals? 

• Are they realistic? 

• What are our limitations? 

• Evaluate everything from multiple perspectives. 

• If it’s worth doing. It’s worth evaluating. 

1. Improve 

• Progressive, positive change for good. 

• How can we improve? 

• 2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV) 

• What small steps can lead to positive change? 

• Time “in” erodes awareness “of”.
